UPDATE: We solved the issue! Took a shop vac to the left side skimmer and using the blower, we were able to clear the line. Everything is now functioning the way it supposed to. Hope this helps others in the future :)

Thank you for your quick reply. That is what I thought. We are in process of buying the new grids. Once it has been replaced and the proper amount of DE has been added, will this resolve the cloudy issue and thus complete the SLAM process?
