    Beach entry question

I am in the process of being an owner builder.. I was kicking around the idea of adding a channel drain along the beach entrance area. so if the water gets too high, it will hit the drain and go away from the pool. Others have suggested I get a shelf instead of the beach entry. Not to the rebar...

Has taken quite a bit to finally get the quote. Will probably have to do OB now.

Laid down some of my pipes for visual of my progress. I'm about 10ft shy on length and 4 ft shy on depth and about 8 ft shy on width.. My rental track loader has had 2 service calls that has slowed progress. Should be closer to final hole size tonight.

I have been looking at those valves.. Where would a 2 way be used and where would a 3 way be used? Has anyone diagramed their plumbing? If not I will be doing that so I can figure out where everything goes and that its placed ideally.

Seriously dismayed as to how unreliable and uncommunicative PBs in my area are. I did like the design I got and will be building that pool (pictured) What should I change about the equipment? General Information Pool Length and Width 47’6” x 24’ Pool Perimeter 144 Ft. Pool Area 800 Sq. Ft...

New Pool in Houston, TX - Completed August 2021

We dont do basements in most of Texas.. so pretty sure he doesnt have a basement. He would have footers along his slab.. usually 18" down.. This is the reason I didnt want to go with the first guy that could dig a hole.. Hope the OP gets this fixed soon.

New Pool in Houston, TX - Completed August 2021

I really like your pools shape and was going to have my PB (when I find one) use it but finally found a shape that will fit our space.. Not sure about your cave in issues and sorry you have to endure that ordeal. Definitely going to be reading to glean some knowledge since I want to start ours...
