Surge Protector VSP 3 hp, maximum watts?

Would this work for a very small breaker box, only have 2 breakers on it, one for the the 3 hp pump and one for lights? Sorry, I don't know what "replaces a 2 pole breaker" means?? Sub-panel - SEIMENS BOLTSHIELD (REPLACES A 2 POLE BREAKER)

Surge Protector VSP 3 hp, maximum watts?

You know I might be able to put in a "whole pumpHOUSE" surge protector, because my pumphouse has it's own breaker panel. This might be the better solution given the 2 hp max , though I would think the HP is not important, but rather the max watts?? Thanks all for your input, I am very grateful...

Surge Protector VSP 3 hp, maximum watts?

Thank you Allen, this is great information (and research you provided); I learned something new--- volts X amps equals watts- fantastic. I will get the Nippon 220/240 surge protector and hope it helps, though I'm told that heat could also be the issue, so will add a supplemental fan too. Ciao, Nanc

Surge Protector VSP 3 hp, maximum watts?

Hello, I still have an original SP3400VSP Ecostar pump, going on my 4th drive electronic card replacement. I believe that a surge protector may help, so I'd like to install a 220v Nippon protector, but I think the maximum watts of 3600 will be too low. I can't find what the maximum watts are on...

Newbie, new(ish) pool, grout dissolving. Scared

Here is a video of how it was installed with almost the exact same product. This is the product. I am told everyone uses this- boy I see a $25,000 new tile job in my future and I don't even know what was done wrong. Bexel: Productos

Newbie, new(ish) pool, grout dissolving. Scared

You know Allen, this pool was constructed in Mexico. The product that was used was a glue/grout type product and it's fine in most places, I have a picture here of how it was applied. Not sure if it helps.

Newbie, new(ish) pool, grout dissolving. Scared

Allen, these tiles were applied with the grout that is breaking down, so under the tiles is the same product- if I scrape out between the tiles, don't I have to worry about the stuff under the tiles? I am pretty sure that if I scrape anything out, the tile will fall off!!! That is what's...

Newbie, new(ish) pool, grout dissolving. Scared

Sorry, forgot to add- it cured for maybe 2 weeks- I just remember we followed the manufactures directions. It's interesting that not all of the grout is effected. It was VERY hot when they were done, maybe the grout was drying out. Thing is, it was fine for 3 years, it's only been since I did a...

I can use my fingernail and scrap the grout right out- either the hardness has 'sucked' out something in the grout, or the acid ate it, or I just don't know what? The grout for sure is soft and powdery. Can the tiles be regrouted?

No, for sure not build up. The grout is breaking down inbetween the tiles it's soft. I wish it was build up!

I would need to look, but it was purchased at the home depot in Mexico. It was a standard pool grout, but I have no idea the brand. Will get this info too... THANKYOU
