    Regarding brushing, I would highly recommend buying a whaletail type brush. It is so much easier and effective.

    No other sources. I test regularly and keep everything in spec. Definitely only happens when water is flowing through the heater. As soon as black marks started showing up this season I re plumbed not using the heater. No more new stains. I never even turned the heater on.

    I have an opening, or a socket, in the cement pad next to my pool for the inground ladder is supposed to go. Does anyone have any suggestions for a way to cover up these sockets because I'm not going to be using the ladder.
