Hmmm it appears to be a "Biguanide". I wonder if these sanitation systems oxidize copper? Preliminary search says no.... I have zero experience with Biguanides. (Edit- was reading and replying when you responded!)

Apologies; that is the wrong SDS. The product I am providing is "Pool Elegance Shock". The labels look very similar- Ooops! I cant manage to find a picture other than this: http://www.njonas.com/pdf/sell-sheets/pool-elegance.pdf But it says right on the label "Hydrogen Peroxide %27."...
