    was wondering if all the specs of the equipment was necessary? The rep stated the equip. was all upgraded, like do i really need 3hp pump for that size of pool and so on. I was hoping the tech guys on here could help. I like the layout and look but trying to trim the cost.

    New Pool San Antonio, TX - Proposal Review

    I talk to the PB that I first mentioned in earlier post and they said thier draw is 5% @ ex, 70% completion of Gunite, 15% comp decking and tile, 10% after comp of pool school. The 70% at once is steep but was wondering if it was un heard of. they priced a pool that is roughly at 39K for us...

    satx66, I am starting the process in San Antonio aswell and have talked to 2 PB's so far. would be interested to know who you got your bids with. I am getting bids from Gary's Pools (Set up by my new home builders) and Reynalds pools that was suggested by a friend. Any input would be helpful.
