There is no scale. I routinely inspect the cell every quarter and rinse with a hose but there is no scale. So what's the issue? Do I contact Hayward for the warranty?

I have an aqua pure and a t-15 cell that is a year old and it is now showing salt levels that are 1000 ppm lower than my k-1766 readings. So it shuts off the cell because it's lower than 2700 ppm. Do I just need to clean the cell?

That's correct but basically I need to get back to even in the holding tank since I added undiluted acid. That's why I was wondering if just adding a bunch of water to the holding tank until all of the acid is removed would make sense.
