    Spa or No spa?

    I’m in Texas . I use the Gunite spa all the time. Can use it past swim season and use it in winter as well. If I want to get in it in evening, I turn on the heater while I’m driving home from work. It takes about 45 minutes to heat up. My young kids use it all the time. It’s a matter of preference.

    Thanks everybody. The builder did an outstanding job. We love the decking with no regrets. All I have to say, get as much decking as you can. We did about 1100 sq ft.

    thanks! Surprisingly I didn't have much trouble with ph at all. I did use some muriatic acid to lower a few times. It's now staying at 7.5 consistently .

    Checked this evening and the sock has about 25% left to disolve. I checked the cya and the dot is starting to disappear. It looks like I'm at 25ppm now and still using pucks at the moment. I do plan to stop using the rainbow 320 and use bleach. Calcium is still at 150 and ph 7.6 will it be safe...

    I purchased the granular. I filled the sock up and put in skimmer. I'll run the pump for 24 hours straight then I'll add the calcium tomorrow. lets see where it gets me:snorkle:
