Hi. Long time lurker and have loved the advice. Had a large above ground pool with vinyl liner for years. When we moved I was determined to get a screened in, inground pool. Found a house with my dream pool with 2 water features and a beautiful pebble finish. Pool is approx 18,000 gallons, 16-18ft x 30ft irregular shape (sort of kidney/hourglass). I live in Central FL. I have primarily been doing floater chlorine tabs the last few years but would like to get back into liquid chlorine again. Love the SLAM method, luckily have only had to use the super chlorination to kill an algae bloom a few times. Hope to not have to ever again (unless I run out of cholrine during a power outage because of a hurricane)...yes been there, done that

Nice to meet everyone and thank you for your wealth of knowledge.
