Yup So you're on your third unit within 1 year? Does the warranty reset after each replacement? All support is doing for me is send new cartridges. I've asked them to replace the unit but they insist they're still troubleshooting. 🤷

I'm going to assume anything with a cable/hose will get stuck at the table area. You might have to look into a battery robot, or shorten the cable/hose so that the cleaner doesn't reach the table area.
