I was so close this morning! I checked twice and got -2.0 and -1.5 a half hour apart. Guess I’ll stay after it another day. 🤨 Kids want to swim today. 😬

That was my thought. It was cloudy and had a greenish tint so I was pretty sure that was the problem. I didn’t want to let it sit another night. The FC dropped by 3 overnight so I’ll keep treating it throughout the day and hopefully it will pass tonight. It looks much better this morning already.

Dang…when would it be safe to swim? Around 10?

So 28 is the number I got on the calculator for my FC. Once I do the overnight test and I know I am finished, how long will it take my FC to come down to a reasonable number?

Ok, I’ll do that tonight. I was an idiot and used “splash less” bleach so now I have white foam everywhere. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Thank you! I just added bleach and I’ll turn the output back up to around 50 and start there.

Hi there, I’ve been having really good luck with my new kit and numbers. Today, I opened the pool cover and it looked a little cloudy. I went to work and came back and tested it and all of a sudden the FC level is 0.5. I posted all my numbers from today. I’ve had the output set on about 10%...

Not green/blue but they sure were dirty after only a few weeks.
