Hi thanks for the welcome, things are a little different here compared to Canada. Im getting the impression they have no intention of refinishing the pool, and the finish is Pebble Sheen. About 75% is fine, the finish is Pebble Sheen but the rest is a good 20 grit sandpaper.

Well... I like to think I'm not a complainer...but the pool finisher contractor, finally came out, drained the pool, chiseled out most of the of the white plaster chunks, still left some big obvious ones behind...I guess I can live with that. With the issue of the hairline cracks,... they said...
