    Coverstar auto cover not opening

Hi, I'm having an issue with my auto cover it won't open. The cover is currently closed. When I hit the switch the motor kicks on and the axle turns and spins but the cover doesn't move. It's like the cover is not attached to the axle anymore. Please help. Thanks and stay cool! Nick

    No Flow with Jandy AquaPure

Thanks for the feedback. After I cleaned the cells my code went away for a couple days. Now it is back... but not all the time. Yesterday I checked my remote 5 times and twice it told me no flo, other 3 times it was working. Seems weird..

    No Flow with Jandy AquaPure

I have a Jandy Aquapure, is there a way to clean the flo sensor? I watched a youtube video and someone briefly says you can clean them with a wire brush. I'm currently giving my cells an acid bath. I have been getting "no flo" error on my handheld remote. I have owned the house/pool now for...

    noisy pool pump

I took the plastic plug off to see if the motor will spin and it won't, I put a wrench on it and it turns very hard. I didn't move it much, I didn't want to break anything.

    noisy pool pump

In the last week I thought my pool pump was kinda noisy. This morning it was shut off when I checked on it. The motor was hot to touch. My first thought was bearings... Any advice before I start taking pump apart? Thanks :-D

    I need water

Im having my liner replaced next week and was curious if it would be better to find someone with water truck that could fill my 27,000 gallon pool or just use the garden hose? The guy doing the liner replacement said use the garden hose and it will take a couple days. I called the fire...

Auto cover has separated from wall

It must be a leak, the company that closed it said the cover sits on the water so the level needs to stay at the bottom of the skimmers. With one of the side walls still attached to the cover, would I be saving anything by trying to keep the water level up or would I be just wasting water?

Auto cover has separated from wall

With my water level so low and only one side of the cover has pulled off the track, would it help to add water to the pool? It looks like the shallow end is half full, so i'm guessing the water level is 2-3 feet low.

Auto cover has separated from wall

I noticed a few weeks ago my water level in the pool was super low. Hard to tell with 10 inches of snow outside. The weight of the snow/ice has pulled the track from the wall. :( Pretty sure this is very bad. Anything I can do till things start to melt? I have tried to shovel some of the...

    Leak?

Hi, I have been adding water every 3 or 4 days. I didn't think much of it cause of the heat this summer. Now when checking out the pumps and stuff I noticed my cement slab is wet where all the pumps are. I could see dripping from the bottom of my booster pump for the pool cleaner. I shut the...
