Help. Motor just hums... won't start

Yes capacitor is good. It hums, but when I turn the motor in the back it starts up. Like the old car days! Maybe something blocking it?

Help. Motor just hums... won't start

I changed it but the issued remained. I wonder if new capacitor is bad too?

Help. Motor just hums... won't start

I can turn it but with a wrench. What would that mean? Mine hums but eventually starts.

    Polaris hose getting tangled

If you buy a new hose like I did after 12 years, the sweep will be brand new! $100 on Amazon. Trust me, best $$$$ spent.

Tuesday was the last time I add liquid, so maybe it is just showing up. I have lots of solution so I will test on Saturday again.

Good thing I read pool school on how to test. I needed Calcium Plus so I went to Leslie's to buy 25 lbs. I brought in a water sample just to compare. He said my TA was too low and I needed to but 15 lbs of Alkalinity. Then he said my CYA was 60, my FC was 7 and I needed to buy that Phosfate...

Great looking out! It was on default of 84. I put 56 on now and it went up to -0.61.

CSI is -0.35. Ouch. Man, Pool Calculator recommends over 400 oz of Calcium.............wow. Looks like 25 lbs should do it!
