A lot of these pictures look like caterpillar poop. My yard is covered in it.

I'm losing a decent amount of FC (like 3ppm overnight and from morning till when I get home from work) but I 100% think its the caterpillar droppings eating up the chlorine. I'm also covered in it.

Also, I'm not sure if my CYA reading is accurate. I had a reading of 17 last week and added maybe 4 lbs? of CYA. I did put some trichlor tabs in before I went away but could all of that really bumped it that high? Pool is crystal clear otherwise.
