Sorry, went out of town. So I went to the physical pad/screen by my pump. It's not allowing me to use the touch screen. It's almost like it's froze, but not. Can't access the shut down the screen even.

Getting “Omni controller lost connection to router” on my Omni app. I’ve had this before. Resetting the router always works. Reached out to Hayward and they instantly sent me to contact a local company for warranty. Which I guess is fine, but prefer to trouble shoot it myself.

I will be calling/emailing customer support as well. My system is “back to normal” except that now instead of me manually having to start the schedule in the app, it started this morning on its own, but doesn’t show as running in the app. Also, the priming indicator on the app doesn’t show for...

Sorry, but I’ve read the SLAM process and what you’ve said doesn’t make sense to me. “Add 5 ppm FC” and “add 10 ppm CYA stabilizer” - does that mean I need to figure out how much of each product to get to those levels? Am I able to use liquid CYA stabilizer or does it need to be granular?
