That seemed to do the trick--holding steady at 22 ppm.

The CYA is left over from last year, with a bit new as 6 lbs trichlor was added at start up a few days ago. Also, I just retested and pH is at 7.0, if that. R-0870 is from late summer last year.

Also, the R-0870 and R-0871 were purchased late summer and kept stored in climate control area.

The pool looks pretty clear, maybe a tad greenish but not terrible. On a cloudy day and with so many trees near the pool it's hard to tell if that's just reflection. The guy who opened it did pour a whole bottle of a copper based algaecide in. I also just retested the pH and it's just 7.0, if that.
