    PSI is too high

Little back story, I think when the pool started going green the pressure started to rise when turned off.

    PSI is too high

Where is the air-bleed? I am a total newb when it comes to this, but it looks like it is coming from the gauge threads where the connects to the pump.

    PSI is too high

It's a decent size leak water spraying everywhere. well decent amount, but not flood proportions. I was backwashing the pool for about 10 minutes. How would I go about changing it out? Any tips or tricks? BTW Richard 320 I just noticed you live in San Dimas. Reminds me of Bill and Ted.

    PSI is too high

Can I still run the filter with water coming out to try and clear up the algae with Bleach? I would like to do that tomorrow and try and start cleaning it up. Spring skipped us and now we are having 80 degree weather.

    PSI is too high

I don't think the female side is cracked but there is teflon tape. This pool was put in less than a year ago. Now we did have some frost a few times and we had 1/2 inch of ice on the pool this winter, which is very unusual for NW Georgia.

The PSI is now pegged when not in in use, the pool is green and needs to be dealt with. Need some help, on the way to get like 20 gallons of bleach.

    Need help fast! Pool overflow?

Thanks all. We have things shored up for the night and hopefully the retaining wall will be most of the way in tomorrow. We didn't know we would need that kind of wall beforehand, so there was no way to do it first. We didn't level the yard out, the installers do the grading themselves...

    Need help fast! Pool overflow?

Thanks both of you. We're backwashing some water out of the pool right now, but it's clear we have to get some channels dug and a retaining wall up ASAP. They had to grade one side of the yard up about 4-5' to level the pool and a LOT of dirt is washing away as well as alot of dirt washing...

    Need help fast! Pool overflow?

Okay, we've only had our pool a couple of days and we just got the most torrential downpour we have had in awhile. If it doesn't let up soon we are definitely going to overflow the pool due to the rainwater. Is that okay? Do we need to do something? Please reply quickly because we're talking...

    New Poster, New Pool

Oh wow! Those pictures are great. So it looks like it is okay to put some posts down in the "ditch" beside the pool. We're in Georgia, so freezing is rarely a problem here, but we are going to make sure that we don't have standing water in the area and that it stays dry if for no other reason...

    New Poster, New Pool

Thanks Henry. I'm the Melissa half of ManoMelissa, Mano's my husband and he'll actually be doing the building part. I will make sure he reads your posts, it will make much more sense than if I try and explain to him how he needs to bury the thingy and then stack the other's long boards across...
