update—- the service tech came & looked at our pool. He acknowledged the issue with the lack of pool cove. He assured me that they were going to fix it. They are supposed to be getting back with us with what the exact plan will be.

I really hope that is what they come up with. This is a brand new liner & we shouldn’t have to suffer because of their failures. As for the dealer, they have been in our community since the 70s so hopefully they wont go under any time soon. I know that you never know but hoping for the best...

Will do! Sometimes I get shy telling others how things should be done but this is my pool & I want it done correctly. Hopefully they won’t make this hard on me.

Update- Talked to the pool store. They are going to get with the installer & manager to come up with a “game plan” ( their words ). Hope they can resolve this correctly without me having to throw a fit. Wish me luck!

I am going to call them this morning. They have been out to my house everyday since last Friday to fix one thing or another. This is starting to get exhausting.

I agree with that statement but the liner was only torn at the very top above the water line. I find it odd that it rusted in the middle of the pool, all the way around.
