Does anyone know if the pool need to have extra footings in this area?

I am getting quotes on a pool. I have 3 PB in mind each one is pretty much on par with each other except a swim up bar option. Want I want to do is have a sunken area about 3ft next to the pool. the legnth exposed would be around 10' long by 3' deep. My concern is the winter, 2 of the 3 PB...
