Hayward says it’s not one of theirs

The pool was built in the early 2000’s and the top value port is bad. I saw online replacements but I’m unsure of the model as every label has peeled off. The pool is 16x32 20k gallons, picture of filter attached.

S skimmer had to be completely replaced and they had on the receipt they also pressure tested the lines. Correct there is only one main drain.

Yes they have bottom base work and that is what they have done so far if you look close you can see at the top ends where they patched some.
