Stupid question.... what is fill water? I have the jet on the return pointed down and to the side a bit so it makes the pool circulate. You can see the water right above the jet move a tiny bit but it doesn't splash, bubble or anything like that. I have only been running the pump for 6 hours...

Hi, test strips from Walmart (HTH brand I believe). Probably not the greatest lol. It has come down a little according to the stripes but not enough yet.
