KDT pool stuff

We are country folks. We fill out pool with well water. It has lots of iron. I have to use stain away or metal out to keep it clear. I also use the filter saver socks to help collect the iron in the skimmer basket before it gets to the filter. It is an above ground pool with a large deck. We have a Dolphin robotic vac. We have pine trees surrounding our back yard so it collects lots of pine needles that are a horror to clean from the pool. I use a leaf cover and some get hung in the net. . Overcoming these obstacles with vigilance I have a beautiful pool but I’m always looking to work smarter and not harder so I have more relaxation time. . I’m here to learn and glad to help others if I can. I’m a healthy 70 year old great grandma happily married 50+ years to my wonderful husband, living on a farm and loving life.
