Here's a pic of my pool kinda plain. 3 feet deep on both ends 6ft in the middle screened in pool. Gets a lot of shade during the day and maybe 3-4 hours of sun.

Landlords replacing the cartridge in the filter, the pool is pretty clear, but the bands are coming off the pleats. I'm thinking she's going to go to the pool store and buy what they sell her. I'm thinking if its a no name cheap cartridge I may try to return it and buy a nicer one online...

pool store did say that, I was just double checking. Again they didn't try to sell me anything. I've just been brushing my pool, and letting it do its thing.

I do want a test kit, and I've just been running to the pool store because my landlord thinks she can put what chemicals the pool store says to put in, and then leave it, and it will work itself out. I know from reading on here it's a lot more then that. Our pool store hasn't pushed anything...
