Winterized plug stuck

I was able to get it off hopefully without any damage. The plastic was old and brittle and was able to chisel it.

Winterized plug stuck

I can’t remove the winterized plug. It’s the white plastic one not the black rubber one. I’ve tried and adjustable wrench but that didn’t work. There’s a circle thing around it that’s moving with it.
