Have a 130,000 btu raypac natural gas heater for my abg pool. Just wondering if it is convertable to propane. Any one no what all would be involved?

thanks for the tips it is still getting cool in the evening here and over night. I t was 20 this eve when i got in , a bit cool but nice for the first swim.

i found the blanket wants to spin with the current when on does this cause any problen or should i turn the pump off when the blanket is on

Just a few questions on keeping the temp in the pool at the highest. Should i turn the pump off at night with the solar blanket on. Should i pull the blanket off during the day (if i plan on using it that afternoon.) Does the solar blanket help heat or does it just help keep the heat in Thanks

Thanks for the reply I do have the other laterals just didn't show in the picture. I glued it together and assembled in the tank. So far so good. I am going to put some more sand in and try it . I do think i will replace that stand pipe assembly but i doubt it would be in stock but i will see...

also noticed the sand was only about 1/3 full. Probally the rest is in the pool LOL . I guess now is a good time to add. What type and how much. I found out this is a jacuzzi laser 192 club pro sand filter. It says on the side :hammer:

ok so heres what i found. Only 3 of the laterals were hooked up. It looks like this may have been a problem the previous owner had as it looks like it was cobbled up. I am goin to try to glue the pieces back together and insert the laterals which screw in.

thats the thing ! I am not sure what type of liner i need? How can i tell? The guy I purchased it from said it was an overlap type but how do i know thats what i need before i purchase it ?

that looks like the same set up as mine. What type of liner is that? Can I use either type of liner?
