Upgrade Pentair Easytouch 4 to 8?

The v 2.18 board looks very different. I do not see the resistors. Do you have any idea what would need to be done to activate the other relays on it?

    Pump Suction

I have s 2 swim jet pumps with 4 inch suctions, and 1 filter water feature/filter variable speed pump with a 3 inch suction. The suctions lines are tied two channel drains on the floor of the pool. Is there any reason why I should not tie all of the pump suction lines together with tees on the...

    Electronic descaler

Yes, that is it. There is some science behind it, but just wanted to see if anyone had actual results. Thanks,

    Electronic descaler

Has anyone tried an electronic descaler on a pool or spa? We have one on the house, and can not really tell if it is helping or not. The devices claim to change the structure of the scale to prevent it from laying out in hot water heaters, pipes, appliances.

    Bromine Salt Corrosivity

Thanks for the prompt reply. I am new so I do not have any experience. From what I have read there are two ways to deliver bromine. One is with a tablet systems that you need to monitor and keep filling, and one is by establishing a base with bromine salt and then using a generator to release...

    Bromine Salt Corrosivity

I am first time builder/owner in New Orleans. I have been learning a lot by looking at all of the forums. GREAT site!! I am building an inground plaster based hottub/swim spa that is approx 2400 gallons. I was looking at using a bromine/ozone system. I have heard that a bromine generator...
