Noticed the pump wasn't on and there was no lights or display. Going through the steps and when I check the red and black wires coming from the rectifiers I'm only getting 9 v...does this mean they are bad or would I not show 0 if they were bad? Unit is only like 3 years old so I'm somewhat...
