Thanks for the reply, Pump and pool are 2018. I I have researched a lot and it looks to me like that as not where the gasket is?- Hotrodscott66

Hayward pump question.
Hello all, Im a newbie to this forum so forgive me if this has been answered. Whats going on the the scaling/chemical build up around the housing of my pump? Its a Hayward maxflo xl 1 hp.any advice would be appreciated. Thanks- Hotrodscott66
