Curious what the symptoms were. I have a 650 that is losing all power to controller when hooking up the vacuum to controller cable.

Thank you for the bump. Thinking this may need to go into the shop. As soon as the connection is made from vacuum to Power supply, the controller powers down. Appreciate any insight that can be contributed.

Power Supply fires up, connects to WiFi and seems good. As soon as I connect the vacuum to the other side, all lights go blank and the WiFi signal is dropped. Disconnecting the cleaner results in the power supply and WiFi firing back on. Any suggestions or possible items to look into...
