I'm sure there are a number of pros/cons. Surely the time required to clear the water is a big factor, if not the biggest. Some of us are spending a fortune on chlorine, & most places are now sold out! So, does that mean we want a high pump speed, somewhat conflicting the 1x00 rpm advice...

I have "deep cleaned" the sand, as I stated. The sand is 4 years old, as I have stated. The pool is ~9 years old.

I am trying to find any explanation, perhaps adding salt only one day after the "Instant Conditioner", which I've not done before. That's why I asked when you added salt. The water is not clear. Moreover, IT HAS NOT CHANGED AT ALL IN 15 DAYS OF SLAM.
