New to the pool world, going to have built in the intermediate future time frame. I want advice and ideas, costs ect.

Wanted ideas on costs and associated equipment for 20' x10' x 4.5' saltwater gunite pool with about 350 sq ft travertine floating deck (1'x1', 2'x1' or 2'x2') 1 1/4" (3 cm). A couple of small water features. I have moderately limited access via a 10' wide paved alley. Obviously the backyard is small.
