I’m not home to check the date, it’s out of warranty it’s at least 5 years old

I did test it and it is closed but I also jumped it to make sure, also jumped it in the back of the board to eliminate the wires

No, just says service heater and HLS led is illuminated

I have ETI 400 HLS Error, jumped the high limit switch and still have the error does this mean the control board is bad?
