    Same for us we have been waiting for a year now install was supposed to be May and still not here. 3 days ago they said the pool was being loaded at plant to travel to Ontario and it got broken. Now we don't know what is going to happen

    New construction - No realistic start date

    Exactly same thing has happened to us but also told pool was damaged leaving the plant so who know what will happen now.

    How long is it really taking?

    We signed on August 2020 was told installation would be May 2021. Kept telling us a few more weeks now it is August 2 2021 and they said the Leisure Fiberglass pool we ordered was damaged last week when it was getting ready to leave the manufacturing plant.
