So they FIXED IT! My husband and my daughter and my neighbor went down and popped it off and then popped the new one on - there weren't even screws! It was just these two clips. It took literally 10 minutes. OOF! But I'm so psyched! AND that I already had a replacement cover that fit perfectly...

YES @proavia - I did miss that. It's functional, but I'm not sure it's on - I never see the nozzles pop up anymore, though. I will find out if it's on. We have one main drain cover. Thanks!
