Thanks all. I took a sample to one of their competitors. They tested it and PH is reading 8.2. I'll have a conversation with the folks who installed the neutralizer and suggest they re-test and adjust it so it is not overcompensating.

I would just add that our PB suggested placing the bucket in the pool on a step or sun shelf so the water temperatures are as close as possible.

I have the larger Jandy Purelink(Aquapure) and was wondering if there is any difference in projected cell longevity if I run the cell at 80% for 6 hours vs. 40% for 12 hours. Thanks in advance.

Vapool, Our waterfall consists of a Gunite base/well with 3-4 feet of natural rock (big boulders) from the bond beam up to the well and all around the well.

New to TFP. What a great site. I have a new pool and and Jandy Aqua Pure SWG. The Pool builder has plumbed the Flow Sensor between the pump and the filter rather than right before the SWG. Everythings ok unless I vac to waste when the cell thinks it has flow but doesn't. Aqua Pure manual says...
