    You can get it even cheaper at concrete plants. Typically called. Dow Flake. Its roughly 50% the cost than if purchased at lowes or home depot

    Never had much luck with peel and stick floor tile. I would be extreamly sceptical of a peel and stick pool tile

    After spending close to 2k dollars on chemicals the year before then almost another 1k on chemicals and still having a cloudy/green pool a month and a half after opening a few years ago. I went on a search for a more cost efective way to buy chemicals only to find TFP and come to the realization...

    Dont lose hope. I know being new to the pool maintenece scene can seen very overwhelming but you will find the principles laid forth here at TFP are very simple and very effective. Test your water yourself then only add what your pool needs not what a store wants to sell you

    Im not sure about that but from everything i have read here the intex filters are about as good as a bucket with a hole in the bottom

    Unconventional heater?

    In an earlier post he said it takes 1 3" biscuit so i assume hes using triclor pucks which if hes dropping in the skimmer basket the acidicness of the water going to the heater will cause premature failure of components. Post #8
