Re: Jandy Filter Normal Pressure: Different this year than p figured it out...it was the pressure gauge. replaced it with a $5 part and the reading is back to 12. glad it was something simple and not the grids or some kind of blockage!!!

oh i never closed this out... turns out it wasnt rust after all but some small piece of dirt that the plaster guys went down and sanded out. (2 yrs ago). no issues since :)
