If I remember correctly it has to do with the length of each. 10’ total length but doesn’t matter the quantity of fixtures. It should say in the installation manual. I have these waterfalls and have been happy with them. I am using the smart sync.

Those look like CMP Brilliant Wonders. You will need a controller to connect them. CMP provides a couple of ways to control the device. An RGB controller that has a remote. This uses 12VDC. They also make a smart sync that can integrate with control systems. This used 12VAC.

Most of the PVC pipe you see in Home Depot or Lowes is dual rated. Just make sure it has the PSI listed on the pipe. It can be used for pressure pipe. You can find pressure fittings at both, they will be in a separate section than the DWV, just make sure the fitting do not say DWV.
