One more question... When you swap out the Intex outlets with the Hayward outlets (which I have on order), do you cut out the Intex outlets to be a certain size hole to accommodate the Haywards? Thanks for the help.

Glad to know it will work that way. I will eventually plumb it with PVC so that I can split the return and add a fountain, but this will be the simplest thing to do for now.
