Yes 24/7 the pump is running. I have maintained shock level or a tad higher the whole time ☺️. We have been vacuuming, brushing daily, and backwash as needed

Me again 🤦🏻‍♀️ So I feel like we’re at a stand still. We still have the bright blue but I’m not seeing any clearing up. I have been brushing daily, backwashing as needed, my FC is at 27 and CYA steady at 60. Is there something else I should be checking?

My CYA is steady at 60 buuuut my fc is too high. It’s at 30 🤦🏻‍♀️. Do I just let the sun burn it off? Last night my fc was at 26.5 before adding chlorine.

I turned that darn perma soft thing off and plan on just removing it. I ended up with the TF-100 test kit.

Thank you very much! I was just puzzled when the water was blue with pump off. I didn’t think algae would settle to the bottom. I have a green pool though, so what do I know. :sneaky:

are the pool store test accurate at all? I’m just curious about my copper being 2 and curious if that has anything to do with my green water? I ask because my pump accidentally got unplugged for about 6-8 hours. When I looked at pool it was blue, not clear but definitely blue. Once I turned pump...
