Thanks. Is this pretty much a permanent fix or is it something that has to be redone every couple years? Or just retightened? Thanks

Hi all, The bolt in my light nitch broken so there is nothing to screw the light into. I’m being told that a Light Wedge is the only fix and expect to redo this every couple years because the light wedges must be replaced every couple years. Does anyone know anything about this? Thanks
