The VS FloPro should NOT be hooked up directly to the breaker, it should be controlled by the relay for the circulation pump. As for the solar JVA, once you hook it up, the RS8 will automatically assign it

I don't see it in your image, but you mention flow meter. Bypass the flow meter and see if the bubbles are reduced.

You may want to consider SGS, you NEVER have to use acid to clean the cell which IMO, degrades the cell!
