Yes the wheels turn correctly. It is brand new. It will run for a few minutes and randomly stop, I can free the wheels up by spinning the wheels and it will start back moving again.

I have a new Polaris 380 cleaner. It randomly stops moving and when you manually move the wheels it starts moving again. Then it will work for a while in then randomly the wheels will stop moving again. the can be restarted by moving the wheels. What could be causing this? In ground pool...
