Ok, so I'm assuming that this pigtail with the yellow from the transformer and the 2 blacks from the breaker and the pump need to be disconnected. The yellow then goes to the load side of the relay. The 2 black wires can be reconnected with a new 3rd wire that runs to the line side of the relay...

So in your photo, are the yellow and white wires from the transformer? What are the black wires attached to?

I forgot to mention that I have a Pentair Easy Touch 8 system, with an intellichlor IC40.

I'm from NC. I've never had a pool, and as a few months ago, I've been trying to learn how to take care of a saltwater pool, without destroying any equipment.

I have a Pentair Intellichlor IC40 attached to a Pentair Easy touch 8. When then pool pumps go off, or in service mode, the IC40's lights stay on. I recently bought the house with this pool, so I'm trying to tackle the learning curve.
