Good info Yippee, also my last liner really fight tight...Any insite on how tight these liners should fit? Basically the last one we installed required the vaccuum to really pull it down. To me it seemed to be a really tight fit.

Yes we have a high water table. I have wells near the pull to pump it dry, just don't pump them soon enough and we had a lot of water. I was just thinking about vinyl welding. That is how they make the liner in the first place so I don't see why that wouldn't work to repair. I'm thinking of...

How long do you run at 1100 rpm daily?

When I run our vs pump at low rpm "1000rpm" the swg lights come on? I know the salt isn't low... Should I not continue to do this and is this normal to have lights on at low rpm's? Thanks

Ok great info thanks. So where would you start? Not much debris enters the pool, I do have a swg so I need to make sure I have the % / run time set right so the chlorine is good. Pump goes down to 600rpm. I just went with once a day bc I have read that on this site before. Thanks

Hi guys, Just installed new Hayward max-flo vs pump with Hayward pro grid de filter. I am trying to take advantage of the lower rpm settings and want to set it to turnover water once every 24hrs... Pool is around 32000 gallons Piping is 1 1/2 Pro grid de filter 10psi at full speed with filter...

No problems with chemistry, what I meant with problem after problem is...many parts have needed changing. New problem now is pump housing is cracked and filter is blowing debris into pool.
