    24 Foot Doughboy Installed Today

We didn't have plans. The deck is 20' x 28' x 15'. Sorry, I'm so busy around my house for the rest of the year I'm sure the wife would be mad if I quit on my projects now. Good luck and thanks!

I would bond both sides if they aren’t connected. It appears as though each leg is independent and the steps themselves are plastic.

    24 Foot Doughboy Installed Today

No, we paid an installer 700 bucks to do the pool and equipment installation. He started around 10 AM and I met him there at 4 PM and he was filling it with water. I let it fill overnight and it was done by 8 AM. Good luck!

Here’s the latest updates. LED commercial grade cafe lighting with color changing and dimming. Remote and Bluetooth controlled. Table, umbrella and base were 70 percent off at Target. It’s all coming together. Next is underwater rated 12v wiring around the inside of the pool top ring.

    Hole in Coleman pool window

Hopefully, with enough complaints, Coleman will realize they are manufacturing inexpensive above ground pools and not submarines or cruise ships. I mean even expensive above ground pool brands don't have windows in them. Probably because of experience and why have another point of failure in a...

Static shock Desperate need help Semi in ground

I posted this earlier on a similar post and thought I’d share since you question is similar. Bonding or Grounding can do nothing for you. Plastic is a non-conductor and electrical charges cannot move through it. The static charges you are getting are generated by friction, at the point of...

Recommended mil range for custom liners for semi-inground pool

I have a 25 mil liner in a recessed Doughboy. Ours is an autumn breeze with their Madrid beaded liner. Why don’t you want to use a doughboy liner? Just wondering because our local pool guy uses their liners in all pools because he insists their the best quality liner with the best warranties.

New AGP - advice/feedback on equipment, plumbing, electrical plan

12-2 or 12-3 isn’t a wire size that’s the quantity of conductors in a multi conductor cable. 12 is the gauge or wire size. To answer the question no you don’t need a 12-3 unless you are going to run a 220v motor. That’s how I run mine and it runs at 7 amps instead of 14 at full speed for...
