    Diesel thanks now that's less piping . I see you live up north Bears use to train up there now spring camp is out my way. lol I only been out here since 07 a complete different pace then I was use to now in farm land lol.

    Forgot to ask should I put in a by pass if I don't need the heater or just turn the heater off just let the water run threw the heater?

    Charlie thanks about the water meter and check valve that's one less expense lol. Do you happen to know any thing about the plumbing if I need to run as much as possible 2" or can just connect to the 1-1/2" pipe I already did? Have a nice weekend.

    I just bought my 1st pool heater for my above ground pool. the heater has 2" pipe my pool is 1-1/2" pipe can I reduce the 2" to use my 1-1/2" and also do I need a water flow meter and a check valve. I hope all this makes sense. lol:p

    should I put them on the outside of the perimeter about a foot or so in so they are not to close to the edge does that sound right? thanks for you reply.:D I will have to save some milk bottles since I don't use chlorine. lol

    Need some help is there anything you can do to keep your solar cover on the pool? I have a 4' x 24' round above ground pool and the west wind is strong where I live and nothing to stop the wind. Any ideas if you have any should would help.. thanks for all your help
