Run it when it's cheap. You don't have to run it a whole lot each day. Keeping your water in balance is way more important.

This is a very important point about skimmer baskets. Not emphasized enough. Especially during SLAM

Now that my water is in tip-top shape, I've become rather OCD about this flippin pool. These stains are literally killing me! :mrgreen: Is there anything I can do? No, there's no tabs in that floater. We like the LED at night. ;)

I'm with ya. I buy 12.5% at my local pool store and pay $14 for 4 gallons around once a week.
