    Help Wiring New Timer Switch

Update… I followed your wiring guide and it worked Jim. Thanks!! The Suraielec timer works great and the app is pretty easy to use and has a good deal of features. It took a few minutes to get it setup but is working fine now. The box itself is definitely not as solid as the metal Intermatic...

    Help Wiring New Timer Switch

Good day, I am looking to install a SuraiElec T40W in place of an existing Intermatic T104R and was looking for advice on how to wire. The switch will power a Solaxx Pure Chlor SWG (CLG140A-020) and a Century HST110 Pool Pump. I have found a post that seems to capture what I'm doing but wanted...

PureChlor SWG Doesn't maintain chlorine level settings

I've read on several other posts that high chlorine levels can skew ph readings, thus my concern about having an fc reading of 10. What level does fc begin impacting ph readings? My cya is 50ish right now.

PureChlor SWG Doesn't maintain chlorine level settings

Thanks for the info, this could explain my situation also. I've made changes to the chlorine level and then shut the pump off shortly thereafter the last couple of times. I've dropped my pump run time down considerably given the decreasing amount of sunlight hitting the pool and conversely...

PureChlor SWG Doesn't maintain chlorine level settings

Brian, I have a purechlor swg and have noticed something similar of late. It is also controlled by my pump timer, and it looks to be defaulting to the 1st of 8 chlorine setting. It was not doing this until just recently. I thought maybe it had something to do with the water temps and not...

    Increasing CH Opinion Needed

Going back to what duraleigh notes above, I think it's definitely worth noting in the recommended pool levels for CH with an asterisk or something that CH will rise over time and that you should start at some number (ie,200) and let it drift up, ideally hitting the 350 to 450 mark. Of the...
